Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy for ROBO GURU - Roboveda Education LLPEffective Date: 17th Feburary,2023 At ROBO GURU - Roboveda Education LLP, we strive to provide top-notch online live robotics and IoT courses to our students. We understand that circumstances may arise, which could lead to the need for cancellations or refunds. To ensure a transparent and fair process, we have developed the following Cancellation and Refund Policy:

1. Course Cancellation by the Student:

1.1. If a student wishes to cancel their enrollment in a course, they must inform us by sending an email to [support@robo-guru.com] or contacting our support team.

1.2. The refund amount will depend on the time elapsed since the course purchase or start date, whichever comes first:    - Cancellation within 48 hours of purchase or before the course start date, whichever comes later, will be eligible for a full refund.    - Cancellation within the first week of the course start date will be eligible for a 75% refund of the course fee.    - Cancellation after the first week of the course start date will not be eligible for any refund.

2. Course Cancellation by ROBO GURU:

2.1. In the rare event that ROBO GURU has to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances or an insufficient number of enrollments, we will provide a full refund to all affected students.

2.2. ROBO GURU will not be responsible for any additional expenses or losses incurred by students due to the course cancellation.

3. Refunds Procedure:

3.1. Once a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 7 to 10 business days through the original payment method used during the enrollment.

3.2. If a student availed any discounts or promotional offers during the initial enrollment, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly, deducting the value of the discount or promotion.

3.3. Refunds may take longer to process depending on the payment gateway or financial institution used.

4. Non-attendance or Partial Participation:

4.1. ROBO GURU does not entertain requests for refunds or partial refunds if a student fails to attend the course or participates only partially after enrollment.

5. Course Transfer:

5.1. If a student wishes to transfer to a different course, they must notify us in writing via email or through our support team.

5.2. Course transfer requests are subject to availability and approval from ROBO GURU.

5.3. Course transfer requests made within 48 hours of the course start date will be processed without any additional charges. For transfer requests after that period, a fee may be applicable.

6. Modification of Course Content and Schedule:

6.1. ROBO GURU reserves the right to modify course content, schedule, or instructors whenever deemed necessary. In such cases, students will be duly informed, and no refunds will be provided for these modifications.By enrolling in a course with ROBO GURU, the student agrees to abide by this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
